Japanese Cabbage Salad
Japanese Cabbage Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. top ramen (oriental flavor), 1/2 head chopped cabbage, 4 green onions, chopped, 2 tbsp. sesame seed and 2 tbsp. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix cabbage and onions together in a bowl.
Set aside.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper well.
Chop up chicken into chunks and add to cabbage mixture. I have found that the salad has better flavor if you barbecue the chicken.
Add crushed noodles, sesame seed and almonds.
Serve.
