Janis' Marinated Vegetables
Janis' Marinated Vegetables is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 can cut green beans, drained, 1 can lesueur peas, drained, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained, 1 small can pimentos, chopped and 1 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients.
Cover and marinate for 24 hours. Drain.
Reserve some of liquid in the event some of vegetables are left over.
Store in refrigerator in closed Tupperware container. Will keep for several weeks.
