Line pie pan with pastry.
Mix pecans, soft butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar together.
Press the pecan mixture firmly into the bottom of pie shell.
Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes.

Last, add milk.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
