Saucepan, combine corn syrup, butter and brown sugar; simmer syrupy.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Into 12 to 16 slices and place over sugar/butter mixture in dish.
Beat together the eggs, milk, vanilla and salt; pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350Β° oven. Serve hot before bottom hardens!
