James' Peanut Butter Crunchies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 2 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter and 6 c. corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring sugar and Karo syrup to a boil.
Boil for approximately 1 to 2 minutes after it reaches a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and add 2 cups peanut butter.
Mix well and pour over 6 cups corn flakes that are measured into a large mixing bowl.
Lightly mix, then spoon or pinch into 1 to 2-inch balls on wax paper.
Cool. Store in a covered plastic bowl.
