James' Company Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. dry egg noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 6 oz. tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles.
Brown beef.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and tomato sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and olives.
Layer in casserole dish: 1/2 noodle mixture and 1/2 meat.
Repeat.
Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
