Jambalaya (In Rice Cooker) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, smoked sausage or chicken (if using chicken, cook, then debone and cut up), 1 1/2 c. rice, 1 onion, chopped fine, 2 stalks celery, chopped and 3 pods garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash rice.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into rice cooker.
