Jamaican Steak
Jamaican Steak is an moderately easy Caribbean dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except steak and lime wedges.
Score steak across top or pierce top of steak with a fork.
Place in a shallow glass baking dish and pour lime juice mixture over the steak; turn to coat both sides. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours to "marry" the flavors, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade and grill 5 or 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
Slice thinly on the diagonal; serve with lime wedges.
