Jam Cake
Jam Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. butter, 1 tbsp. soda and 1 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Separate the eggs.
Cream the butter and the sugar; add the jam and blend.
Add egg yolks one at a time and mix until smooth. Add flour and milk, alternately and blend after each addition. Add spices, nuts and raisins.
Fold in egg whites that have been well beaten.
Bake in a 250Β° oven until done.
