Jam Cake
Jam Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box spice cake mix, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. allspice and 1/4 tsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, spices and soda. Add cake mix, oil, buttermilk and eggs.
Blend until moistened. Beat two minutes at medium speed.
Blend in jam at low speed. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into three floured and paper lined 9-inch cake pans.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool layers in pans 10 to 20 minutes before removing.
