Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch sq., 3 1/2 c. sugar and 1 box raspberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut up rhubarb and add sugar.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Put in large pan and bring to a boil and cook 12 minutes.
Add 1 box jello and mix until dissolved.
Put in hot jars.
Seal, then use hot water bath process for 10 minutes.
