Jalapeño Rice Eliminator
Jalapeño Rice Eliminator is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. long grain white rice, 1 c. oil, 4 beef bouillon cubes, 4 1/2 c. water and 3 medium jalapeños, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
In small saucepan, bring water, bouillon and salt to boil.
In heavy saucepan, saute onions in oil until soft.
Add rice, stirring until brown.
Add boiling bouillon stock to rice, cheese and jalapeños.
Mix. Simmer about 45 minutes or until rice is soft.
