Jalapeño Jelly

Made with 1 1/2 c. seeded and finely chopped green bell pepper, 1/4 c. seeded and chopped fresh jalapeño peppers, 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar, 6 c. sugar and 1 bottle certo liquid, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend peppers and 1/2 cup vinegar in blender.
Place in large saucepan.
Add sugar and remainder of vinegar.
When you can't stir down the boil, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Skim, then add Certo and food coloring.
Stir until liquid starts to thicken.
Pour into sterilized jars.
