Jalapeño Jelly
Jalapeño Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bell peppers, chopped fine, 1 jalapeño pepper (more if you like it hotter), 6 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. white vinegar and 1 (6 oz.) bottle certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Seed peppers and chop fine.
Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar. Boil 1 minute.
Cool 5 minutes.
Add Certo and stir.
