Jalapeño Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, 8 oz. swiss cheese, 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, 6 eggs and 1/2 to 1 c. sliced jalapeño peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Shred cheeses and mix together.
Slightly beat eggs and pour onto cheeses; add peppers.
Spread in an 8 x 8-inch pan for thick fudge or a 9 x 13-inch pan for thinner fudge.
