Mix dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk.
Add 1 egg at a time.
Fold in jalapeño peppers, and cheese.
Heat oil in baking dish until very hot.
Pour hot oil into batter and stir.
Then pour batter into baking dish.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
