In a large bowl, mix together corn meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Then add eggs, milk and oil to the corn meal mixture.
Stir in chopped jalapeño peppers, onion and cheese. Pour into a well-oiled pan and bake at 425° for 45 minutes.
