Jalapeño Corn Bread
Jalapeño Corn Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising corn meal, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. crisco oil, 1 small can creamed corn and 2 1/2 jalapeño peppers, cut into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Put in greased and meal dusted pan, 1/2 of the mixture and 1/2 of the cheese.
Add remaining mixture and spread balance of cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
