Add oil, eggs and milk; beat.
Add corn and beat; mix well. Add meal and flour.
Beat and add peppers and onions (use just a medium-size onion grated, does not matter).
Pour half of mixture in greased pan and sprinkle cheese over it.
Add the rest with cheese on top.
Cook at 375° for 35 minutes or until done.
