Jalapeño Cheese Balls
Jalapeño Cheese Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 5 whole canned jalapeño peppers, 1 large onion, quartered, 3 cloves garlic and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine cheese, peppers, onion and garlic in work bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade.
Process with 2 or 3 on-off turns to blend.
Add mayonnaise; process until smooth.
Chill until firm.
Form into 1 large ball or 16 to 20 bite sized balls. Chill until cheese is firm.
Roll in pecans; chill again.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
