Jackson's Vanilla Wafer Cake
Jackson'S Vanilla Wafer Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 10 1/2 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed and 6 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs, coconut and pecans in large mixing pan.
Mix well.
Cream sugar and margarine, then add eggs, beating after each addition.
Add milk.
Pour this mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 hour in middle of oven at 325Β°.
Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
