Jackie's Frozen Coconut Cake
Jackie'S Frozen Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines butter cake mix, 1 pkg. frozen coconut, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 2 c. sugar or 1 1/2 c., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook normally and cool.
Slice lengthwise.
Mix coconut, sour cream and sugar.
Take out and save 1 cup.
Use what is left to put between layers of cake. Then take about 1 small carton Cool Whip.
Mix with cup of mix and ice cake.
Wrap with Saran Wrap. Put in fridge for 3 days before eating. Very good.
