Jack Soufflé
Jack Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach and 1/2 c. cottage cheese (farmer style), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Use loaf pan.
Slice Jack cheese and layer bottom of pan with 1/2 of Jack cheese.
Add 1/2 of spinach to cheese, add cottage cheese then rest of spinach.
Add remaining Jack cheese slices on top.
