Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Set aside. Bring to a boil the water, oleo, oil and cocoa. Pour over flour mixture. Add vanilla. Stir in eggs (do not beat). Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add. Bake at 350Β° for approximately 30 minutes.
