Italian Zucchini Meat Pie
Italian Zucchini Meat Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 2/3 c. rolled oats, 1/2 c. catsup and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine ground beef, egg, oats, 1/2 cup catsup, pepper, salt, onion and garlic powder.
Mix well and press into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Fill partially baked meat shell with zucchini; combine Mozzarella, 1/2 cup catsup, olives (if desired), oregano and basil and pour over zucchini.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
