Italian Veggies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. string beans, 2 inch pieces or broccoli florets or asparagus spears or mix some of each, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated cheese and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Steam string beans (or veggie of choice) for 5 minutes and drain.
Heat oil in pan and saute vegetables for three minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.
Toss together well.
Top with fresh basil.
