Italian Turnover is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine onion, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper and heavy cream. Add spaghetti and toss thoroughly.

Place 1/2 mixture in 10-inch frying pan.

Arrange salami on top, then 1/2 slices of Provolone. Top with remaining spaghetti mixture, then remaining cheese. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 25 to 30 minutes until bottom is a crusty golden brown.

Invert into serving plate.

Garnish with additional salami, pimento-stuffed olives and parsley as desired.
