Italian Tortillas
Italian Tortillas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella, divided, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sweet corn, thawed and drained, 1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, spinach, corn, Ricotta and egg.
Place 1/2 cup mixture down center of each tortilla.
Roll tightly; arrange seam-side down in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
