Italian Style Marinated Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) bottle italian dressing, 1 (8 oz.) frozen sliced carrots, 1 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower, 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans and 1 (3 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Thaw carrots, cauliflower, green beans and drain.
Pour dressing over thawed vegetables.
Add pimentos.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Drain.
Combine vegetable mixture with cheese and mix lightly.
Sprinkle with additional cheese before serving.
