Italian Stew
Italian Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans italian stewed tomatoes (del monte), 2 cans beef broth (college inn), 1 can veg-all mixed vegetables, 1 tsp. oregano and 1 lb. beef, browned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix all together in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Turn heat down to medium and add approximately 1 quarter size (8 ounce box) dry spaghetti, broken into small pieces.
Cook until spaghetti is tender and done.
Serve with small pieces of Mozzarella cheese on top of each serving or use Parmesan cheese on top.
