Italian Spaghetti Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oil in heavy skillet.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic and cook until onion is lightly browned.
Add meat and brown.
Then add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and simmer slowly 1 1/2 - 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
