Italian Spaghetti Sauce
Italian Spaghetti Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 large can tomato purée, 3 small cans tomato paste, 1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil and 1 tbsp. onion salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cover bottom of large Dutch oven with olive oil.
Add peppers, onions, beef and mushrooms.
Cook until brown.
Add tomato sauce, stir well.
Add tomato purée.
Fill purée can 1/2 full of water and add also.
Add tomato paste.
Important
Mix thoroughly or will stick to bottom of pan.
Add onion salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Add sugar and oregano last.
Stir well.
Cover and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours on low heat.
Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
