Italian Sausage Bread
Italian Sausage Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, casing removed, 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 (2.25 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped, 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce and 2 (11 oz.) pkg. refrigerated french bread dough, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400°. Cook sausage until it is no longer pink, crumbling it as you cook.
Unroll one pack of dough and roll it to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
Spread 1/2 pizza sauce over dough, leaving a 1-inch edge.
Mix sausage, cheese and olives together and spread 1/2 of mixture over sauce.
Starting at the longest side, roll dough up tightly, pinching seam to seal.
Place on baking stone.
Follow same instructions for second dough.
Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
