Italian Sausage
Italian Sausage is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sweet italian sausage, 1 head cabbage, 6 to 8 large potatoes, 1/8 c. olive oil and 1/8 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut cabbage into 8 sections.
Quarter potatoes.
Cut Italian sausage into 5-inch pieces in large baking dish.
Pour 1/4 cup water over.
Layer cabbage, potatoes and sausage.
Pour olive oil and vegetable oil over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and cook for 20 minutes more to brown.
