Mix the first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Cook the rice in 1 1/2 cups water for 20 minutes in covered saucepan.
Rinse with cold water; drain and add to mixture in large bowl.
Pour into 3 (9-inch) Pyrex pie plates.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon; bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
