Italian Meatballs
Italian Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jar tomato sauce, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 egg, 4 to 5 oz. evaporated milk and 3/4 to 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat tomato sauce in a large saucepan on low setting.
In the meantime, heat olive oil in frying pan on high.
Mix all remaining ingredients well.
Form into small balls and brown in frying pan. Place meatballs in sauce and heat for 3 hours on low setting. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen meatballs.
