Italian Meat Loaf
Italian Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 chopped onion, 2 tbsp. parsley, 2 eggs and 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix ground chuck, onion, parsley, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 jar of sauce.
Divide into 3 parts.
Put 1 part in bottom of loaf pan; sprinkle with half of cheese.
Repeat meat, cheese, then rest of meat.
Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
