Italian Lemon Ice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar *, juice of 3 lemons, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 4 c. water and 1/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Boil 4 cups water and sugar together for 5 minutes.
