Italian Hazelnut Delights
Italian Hazelnut Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. brandy, rum or sherry and 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream butter, sugar and honey.
Add wine and blend well.
Add nuts and flour.
Knead dough until smooth.
Pinch off pieces of dough the size of a walnut and roll into balls.
Place on a greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart, and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and roll in confectioners sugar while still hot.
Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
