Italian Fish
Italian Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh fish, 1 medium onion, chopped, 4 cloves garlic, 1 handful chopped mushrooms and 1/4 c. chopped red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute all vegetables about 10 minutes over medium heat. Add stewed tomatoes.
Sprinkle oregano.
Minutes. Don't stir.
Add fish on top of stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook 5 to
10 minutes until fish is white and flaky. Use spatula and flip over onto a plate.
Serves 6.
