Italian Cream Cheese Cake
Italian Cream Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco, 1 stick margarine, 5 eggs, separated and 2 c. flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream sugar, Crisco and margarine well.
Add 5 egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.
Alternately add flour, buttermilk, soda and coconut.
Beat 5 egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until done.
Makes three 8 or 9-inch layers.
