Italian Cream Cake
Italian Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 5 egg yolks and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream together butter and oil.
Add sugar and beat until mixture is smooth.
Add egg yolks and beat well.
Combine flour and soda and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla.
Add coconut and nuts.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
Pour batter into three greased and floured 8-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
