Italian Cream Cake
Italian Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco, 1 stick oleo, 5 egg yolks and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together sugar, oleo and Crisco.
Add the 5 egg yolks, one at a time. Dissolve the soda in the buttermilk and set aside. Alternately add milk and soda mixture with flour to the egg mixture. Add nuts, coconut and vanilla.
Beat the eggs until stiff.
Fold in.
Bake in layers at 325° or bake in a Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour.
