Italian Cream Cake
Italian Cream Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 c. plain flour, 2 c. sugar and 5 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream margarine and shortening; add sugar.
Beat until smooth. Add egg yolks and beat well.
Combine flour and soda.
Add to creamed mixture with buttermilk.
Add vanilla, coconut, nuts and stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until done.
Don't open oven until done, it will fall!
