Italian Chicken over Spaghetti
Italian Chicken Over Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (2 lb.) chickens, cut up or 1 pkg. pick of chick, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 can tomato soup, 1 1/4 c. milk and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In roaster, combine chicken pieces and all ingredients, except Mozzarella, Provolone and spaghetti.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir and top with Mozzarella and Provolone.
Cover and bake 30 minutes more.
Mix well and serve over spaghetti.
(Let stand 15 or so minutes before serving and stir again before serving.)
