Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast fillets, 1 (8 oz.) can hunt's italian tomato sauce (may substitute spaghetti sauce), 1 medium onion, sliced in rings, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and 1 medium green pepper, sliced in rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place chicken breast fillets in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Stir in sauce, onion, mushrooms and green pepper.
Cover dish; bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove dish from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve.
