Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. good seasons italian dressing mix, 4 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. margarine, 2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice and 6 chicken breasts (remove skin), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Put dressing mix and flour in plastic bag and shake with chicken, one piece at a time.
Melt margarine and mix with lemon juice. Spray baking pan with Pam.
Place chicken breasts in pan. Spoon lemon juice mix over chicken pieces.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Add 3/4 cup water and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 6.
