Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine flour and garlic powder and toss with chicken to coat.
In large pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes each side until brown and cooked.
Combine next 3 ingredients and add to pan. Simmer 5 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over noodles.
