Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, 1 c. flour, 1 egg, 1 jar ragu spaghetti sauce and 1 can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Combine flour, oregano and garlic powder.
Dip chicken in egg and flour.
Coat well.
Heat oil. Brown chicken; put chicken in 9 x 13-inch (or smaller) pan.
Mix Ragu with mushrooms and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with oregano and top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite Italian pasta.
