Italian Cake
Italian Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with duncan hines marble cake mix or chocolate cake mix, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Follow directions on Duncan Hines cake mix box.
In a bowl, blend until smooth Ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Pour this mixture on top of cake mix.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Blend together chocolate pudding and milk.
This mixture gets thick.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread on top of cake after cake is very cold.
